I miss the old Barclays where staff would help you. Now you are directed to online options. Staff greeting customers have a poor attitude and as a result costing me money. It was good for past 20 years, time to find another bank.

I have been a business customer of barclays bank for more years than I care to remember, sadly due to being locked in with a commercial loan I have to stay with them, otherwise I would leave!

Lovely staff,very helpful.But please don't hide the customer service desk behind a sliding door.Gives a completely wrong impression of its commitment to its customers.
