I hate going to b&q due to constant issues.Stood at the till for 20 mins today.Self checkout not working after i had scanned all my items. Till 2 frozen. I recently booked an appointment to redo my bathroom. I visited the Crawley store and spoke to Sway who was incredibly helpful in telling me what was on offer/what the process would look like.
