Appalling customer service by the store assistant manager. I asked my husband to purchase me a dress from the store that was sold out in my size online. Looking after 3 young children I don’t go to town often and he works around the corner from the store. We both receive TWC catalogues and the seasonal discount cards....

Staff with no customer service skills. It’s always been like this unfortunately. Doesn’t cost a penny to be courteous and polite.

Very poor customer service by a senior member of staff when dealing with a return. This particular person was very rude and unhelpful. She even made me stand and wait while she inspected a scarf for wear that was sealed in its original packaging!
