Staff that don't give a @#*^I was holding a trainer ,walking round trying to find a member of staff,when I did asked for my size ,he looked and wandered off ,5 minutes later see different staff member with my trainers ,just handed them to me ,no speech from either of them, I had to out show trainer back on shelf ..Just... read full comment

Was told I could not have a cash/card refund on an unworn garment with the receipt and that I had to have a credit note, surely this is illegal?? I now have a note that I have no intention of ever using because I’ll never be shopping with Sports Direct again. They have stole my money.
