Went to pizza express a couple days ago, they took my order, I waited 45 minutes for the food to come and once it did, it didn’t even have the chicken in it. It was just tomato pasta. I would understand if the restaurant was busy, but they had 4 tables including me. Not impressed

We dined in on a Saturday lunchtime and unfortunately we were in the restaurant for over two hours, however the staff were really apologetic and comped the bill for us. The manager came over to speak to us which we really appreciated, and our waitress was really friendly. The staff are always amazing at this pizza express... read full comment

Huge thanks to manager Luke and his great team for a wonderful evening Friday 16 August. We were a big group and they moved tables to sit us, and the service was excellent start to finish. A happy evening.
