Went into M&S cafe at lunchtime today and found it to be strangely quiet. Bought two drinks and two cheese toastie thingies and waited and waited...waited.... sipping drinks until they were past cold...... nothing for more than half an hour! Unfortunately didn't get a receipt so couldn't be bothered to argue for a refund... read full comment
