Turned up for tea and cake. No hand washing facilities in toilets, temporary hand washing facilities had run out of water.A very sorry looking cake selection and any free tables had not been cleared. Staff as usual were polite.

Cafe ok but little choice as there was an ‘issue’ in the kitchen but someone PLEASE do something about the Gents toilet! The smell emanating was atrocious today.. I can’t believe they have a sign up saying they are checked hourly. Should be condemned.

One of the worst store experiences I have had in recent memory.Judgemental looks and following by staff to ensure that I'm not stealing made me feel like a criminal.Very uncomfortable.
