I was given my panini in a cardboard container. When I asked for a plate, because the contents was leaking, I was greeted by a dismissive attitude by the staff saying ‘pardon’ again I asked for a plate. I pointed to the the clean plates and was told it’s takeaway only.
I was absolutely amazed when I arrived at Costa in St.Richards at how busy it was (I am guessing due to hospital staff and patients) but was more amazed by the way the team working flowed and went through orders of around u people in front of me si fast.
