Went in this morning to take back a pair of walking boots I had bought online and then to buy a pair of boots. The young man and young lady were very helpful, very knowledgable and very helpful.

Visited Blacks in Chichester yesterday to purchase a pair of Meindl Mens Walking Boots… not only was the lady who served me extremely knowledgeable about the products, her customer service was above & beyond expectations, unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I will definitely be visiting them again for my next purchase.

Outstanding service from Connor and Louisa today in store. Purchased a Berghaus jacket and these two were helpful in every way that they could be.
