I met a lovely lad called Edmund in your store on Sunday. He went out of his way to make your customers day better. His interactions were brilliant. I made a point of telling him what a great job he is doing. Well done Edmund keep up the great work and keep up with that charm and positivity.

Very poor service and rude.I wanted an item from upstairs and asked a member of staff at the till. He said there is only 1 member of staff downstairs and when the other staff comes down from upstairs she can help me. So I waited 10 min.
