So I accidentally paid twice & was told I'd get a full refund. Then I get told I have to pay £4.99 cancellation which I paid. Now they say I cant have a refund of any amount as its gone over 14 days so I've paid £24.99 for absolutely nothing. Poor customer service. I overheard a call handler making fun of another customer. I was charged twice for one policy. I'm still waiting for a refund 2 months later. Use another company.
