In and out of Halifax today, staff friendly. Only issue I have with this store is the awful opening hours.

Needed to pay some money in today and had a wait for a member of staff and there seemed to only be one lady. Eventually when someone did come to the till she told me my card had been blocked and she couldn’t do it and told me to queue for someone else. The lady who then “helped” just kept saying you can do this online... read full comment
