Absolutely hopeless - having dropped in a prescription and waiting days to receive a text that never arrived, this pharmacy says they are still waiting to receive the prescription from the GP. It was delivered and dropped in by hand!!!!

Absolutely hopeless. I have tried 5 times today to get through to someone to find out why my medication hasn't been delivered this Friday. It wasn't delivered last Friday either. I am now switching to another pharmacist in n Burgess Hill

Rang several times between 5pm and 6pm as they’d made an error with a prescription I’d just picked up, and encountered a deliberate act of them not answering their phone. Extremely unhelpful considering this is a pharmacy.
