Bought a cold drink and slice of cake service was awful, cake was stale, most of the tables were roped off and the ones left were taken. Not impressed, won't be returning

Usual Costa range and quality. Super slow service, Long queues and 20 minute wait from point of order every time. Only order if not in a rush.
