I when in there today and had scampi and chips and beans but the scampi was very hard and tastes so nasty and was under cooked and me and my partner both had food poisoning and was ill ?

my partners food delivered to table was not correct according to menu, short on bread beans and hash browns, when returning to counter was told flippantly that was what you paid for, my meal plaice chips and peas, was correct however the peas were stone cold, from a tin and i'm sure had not seen a saucepan.
