Came here on Wednesday to get refund for my purchase and been told he would be a while with a customer. So left and came back and been told still can’t do it today due to short staff so come tomorrow. Came in today Thursday and said still short staff be in 9:30 to 10:00am and then tried to do it online but can’t do... read full comment

Branch is now closed, white paper on window saying closed, noting on website informing customers, no apologies no info at all, very poor service Halifax, I will be closing my account as soon as I can.
