My favourite tea shop in Sussex with super tea and homemade cake, coffee (good, but no espresso, press only) and other goodies. Limited opening in winter.

Choices, choices! Went with the cheese scone with cream cheese and chutney, followed by the carrot cake. Scolding hot scones ?, and lovely dense carrot cake with fresh carrot topping. Quaint, tiny tea room and garden. Filter coffee was excellent.
