Scumbags seems apt. Accepted an order via Uber Eats and then tried to extort a cash on delivery additional fee since we are ‘too far away’. Didn’t have the problem for the last 3 orders we’ve placed in the last 2 weeks. Staff lie and say it’s easy to cancel an order - it wasn’t, 20 minute faff! Easy way to lose... read full comment
