I went to this store today at 9:05pm.
I was refused to be served even though the Google timings were clearly mentioned that the store is open till 9:30pm.
When mentioned the guy at the till said “ I don’t know why the timings are 9:30”
Not professional at all.

Twice I’ve ordered using the app for collection, the app has stated order is ready for collection but they don’t even start on the order until you get there.

I have been to this subway regularly and it has been fine but I don’t know what’s changed because today I was in a queue for nearly 10 mins and was waiting 10 mins for two customers and asking what I wanted on sandwich was incredibly frustrating because it was just me trying to ask for what I wanted and being answerd...
