I think the lady serving really didn't want to be working on Saturday (27/01/2024). I took a parcel in, to be posted. I had my qr code on my phone. Working hours are not correct.Unfortunately, the staff were not experienced enough and sold me the wrong items, and when I wanted to return it back to them, they refused to acknowledge the mistake or fix it.There was another staff however who later tried to help, all my respect to her.I would not come back here unless I... read full comment
