Went into this Branch ( Wolverhampton, Queen Square) on 16/02/24 and stood in the que where you pay in / take out your cash as I wanted to know the date of when I closed my current account. Was asked to use the counter not the machine just to be ignored by the counter anyway. Waste of time.
