Everytime I come here there is a ridiculous wait time, minimum half an hour wait (at best!) sometimes just to be told to do things online.The branch shuts at 5, meaning working people can only attend at lunch time. Drunk's on waiting seats at front of bank. Eventually seen by welcome staff ,told us to queue for the counter to open account.Two counter staff, took over 30 mins,to be told got to open online,the chap who told us to queue was on the next till keeping his head down. Absolute joke, 45 minutes of our life wasted.
