Absolutely terrible! Went in to have a look for some furniture. The prices for some of the stuff is ok, but there's a few damaged and filthy sofas that they're charging over £100 for! So you book a donation online, receive a follow up call confirming a time and date of donation. The collection team then don't show up. I appreciate its for a charity but a modicum of service is expected. The collections team have let themselves and BHF down and I'll donate to other organisations in the future. My advice...
