The pharmacy in this store is an absolute disgrace, phone unanswered for over 10 minutes. Rang the enquiry line instead, only to be told they were too busy to answer the phone. My prescription also refused.Disgusting customer service!! Rated one star as couldnt post with no rating

The store seemed very cramped, and it was difficult to find what I was looking for and not as much choice of products as other Boots stores. Also, customers were waiting far too long to be served. I just felt I couldn't wait to get out of there.
