What a joke. Just turned up with two bags full to donate. Sign on the door says shuts at 5. 4.50 and the shop is closed with all the staff in there having a chinwag looking at us trying to get in. What a lazy bunch!

Absolutely appalling to say the least! I went to donate a student office desk which did not have a mark on it. As I approached the shop with item the shop assistant stopped me before I even had a chance to speak. She said we’re not accepting anything this side of the new year! I thought she was incredibly rude to say...
