HiI went to the shop I bought cigarettes I paid by card, I forgot to buy the lighter. I went back in l was told minimum payment was £5 on the card. I explained to the guy behind the counter that those rules of minimum payment had changed. He told me he could not call his boss for that when l asked him to call the manager.... read full comment
