Made a complaint to Customer Services a week ago regarding theft allegation. Despite calling for an update numerous times there is STILL no feedback, been into store for Area Manager details which staff say they aren't able to pass on. Absolutely disgusted and will be seeking legal action early next week.

Very poor northern soul night , a clique and sat on my own all evening . Nowhere near as good as the over 30s Sunday nights they used to have !!
