I do not recommend this bank, only the poor staff in the West Bromwich branch. They give wrong information when asked for help. I visited the bank about two weeks ago to remove a joint account name. They told me I could do this online. However, when I tried it, it said I needed to visit the branch. I strongly agree that... read full comment
