I enjoy most west midlands bus routes, the bus I need most I can't depend on 71, its not reliable if one comes on time and you miss it, you expect to wait 30 min for the next one if it turns up, so I tend to catch x14 then 67 0r 28 to arrive at my destination, my daughter gave up her evening job because the 71 never usually... read full comment

I'd give 0 stars if I could , they ripped me off for 15 pounds , con artists they make it impossible to get my stolen money back they stole my money never use contactless with them they rinse your bank , god dam robbers
