Judging by the good majority of comments I share the same experience the very last time I use this shop, staff are rude, zero customer service skills. lovey customer service from sports direct staff! helped me with receipt and helped with shoe i needed. Sumia store manager was very polite and helpful. i was assisted by staff member Riya who helped me get my receipt! Azaan and Maryum on shoes helped me with quick service on shoes. i would defo recommend and will be coming... read full comment

Staff am a joke!!! I ask if they have a new trainer rather than saying no sorry ay got non in stock. I was told its that or nothing. " yep ok no worries" keep it!!!. Don't look good for a big chain.You got 3 members of the staff Standing about chatting away. 1 member of staff at the till face on her, attitude!!!
