I would have given no star if I could. I bought these boots yesterday for £26. First, their billing took ages and then they forgot to remove the security tags? Would give 0 stars if I could, the worker Kim has no customer service skills at all she was charging us £10 for 2 leggings and there was a false price tag stuck on top of the original prices. She had so much attitude and kept rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing at the lady trying to work the till.

the fitting room, unfortunately, is closed on Sundays at 16:00 despite the fact that the shop is open until 17:00. de facto the shop is already closed at 16:00.
