I visited this store twice today. Once for the purchase of multiple items and the second time to return a single item.The staff are very friendly and knowledgable too. Click and collect service very slow. Always having to wait so long. Staff trying to serve customers and fulfil click and collect orders at the same time.

I went to Screwfix West Bromwich to purchase paint that clearly said online they had 22 in stock, but when I arrived I was told they do not sell paint.
