Staff are so friendly Dee the red haired lady is so helpful she goes the extra mile nothing is too much trouble the staff can’t do enough fir you and there is a lovely atmosphere as you enter the store. I normally shop at merryhill but the staff arnt the same as west broSo I will be shopping at West Bromwich now
