This branch of Nandos is by far the best one in Birmingham!!!
Joe was looking after us and our food came out in less than 3 minutes!!!! I hadn’t even got my sauces and the food had arrived. I thought it may have been someone else or it may have been cold etc but it was perfect.
Disgusting, I place an order through the app, the deliveroo driver did not even attempt to deliver my order, not once did he knock on my door. When I raised the complaint with Nandos they was so unhelpful. I lost £40 worth of food order. I used my orange reward and lost this too.
