really bad service and bad management.a lady name jass very rude and i wait half an hour and they just chating with staff

I am surprised at all the negative reviews. I have been a customer for 20 years and I love the staff at this branch. The manager Nick and his assistant manager Jay have always been helpful and attentive as well as the staff. I just wish they didn't take away the customer service desk which used to be placed at the front.
