Went here to do a relatively quick transaction, however the queue was very big for a Saturday morning. Some people in there struggle with basic banking and the staff have to pair up to get simple transactions to make sense for them. don't normally have a problem here, but why all halifaxes have decided to only have one paying in machine is beyond me! sometimes I've waited ages!!! people putting a great wad of cash in bit at a time, people not really understanding what to do!
