When a delivery driver delivered the wrong food I phoned the driver and told him he wasn't bothered so I took the food back to Greggs and they was very helpful and sorted out my order and apologised for the driver

Need more improvement always clod food need cleaning door always busy and the frying heater is very closed to the front in customers
