Barcalays has always been the worst and this time the was no difference it’s always such a long wait in every branch I would not use it again if I could.

Told me that no appointment was required, Josh would be there tuesday to thursday, came to branch on thursday and found out Josh wasn't working and because I didn't have a appointment, they just kept me waiting for 1 hour on purpose saying I would be seen but then I was asked to go home and come back another day with appointment.... read full comment
