They lost my script for anti depressants. tried to fob me off saying it might have gone to Boots. Phoned Morlais Medical, they didn't even have it to dispense despite me leaving my script and details with Well. i'll be emailing your head office to make a conplaint. Staff are snappy and rude.

Bring back Muz! It’s now a very poor service. Don’t answer the phone. Don’t communicate if they haven’t got your medication. Everyone is busy. Get more staff!
