Rude staff on tills, in particular the small foreign lady with brown hair. Either needs to come off tills altogether or be retrained in how to talk to customers.

Most people don't know that many items sold at own-brand outlets and TK Maxx are made with cheaper materials. There was at least one documentary about it many years ago.
