Very poor customer service.My father who suffers from Parkinsons disease had to return a sofa due to the fact that as it transpired it was too big for his new apartment in assisted living.The branch totally dragged their feet on sending the refund. A simple procedure to put the funds back onto the card used to purchase.Promised...
