Be careful when having your house fitted by B&Q, as the tradesmen they used are unprofessional. The work suppose to take 4 weeks but they took 6 weeks instead. There was some days they didn't turn up because they was doing jobs elsewhere. They fitted the oven poorly, they boxed it in with no vent for the heat to escape... read full comment

Bought fans with one year warranty. More than one of them started to fall apart (suppose that is why they were on reduced price). Went for a refund and the manager refused and accused us of twisting the head on purpose.Terrible manager with bad communication skills. Online order went missing after nearly 2 weeks waiting for delivery. Tried 5 calls to this store to sort the problem. No one ever available to talk. Promised call backs never arrived. Now have to wait a week for a refund from main office. Absolutely ridiculous service from this store.
