I have been using TUI for the last 10 years to book holidays, they’re usually slightly more expensive than other booking platforms but for the whole package I found it to be worthwhile however the last holiday I booked has been by far the worst experience of booking a holiday I have ever had due to needing to make amendments.... read full comment
