Phoned to ask a query and the lady on the phone kept asking me to repeat myself, then just kept saying yes. But didn’t sound sure that yes was the answer. So I asked for clarification, and she said “hold on one minute” and put the phone down on me. I then tried to call back and she kept cutting the phone off!
