Utterly terrible service. Items continually missing from repeat prescriptions and excessive waiting times to collect prescriptions. Why does it routinely take 15 minutes to pick up a bag from a shelf and pass it to a customer? Picked up my medication in the morning before Xmas break and normally pick up 42 tramadol! a sealed box of 30 and a box of 12 in one of there own boxes. Realised in the evening the 30 box was missing. I rang them and was told to take medication back down you could quite clearly see there was no room in bag for that 30 box... read full comment
