Wrote my details down on a piece of paper full of other people details. I saw all their names and dates of births. This was free to see at the desk/ till point. You are breaking GDPR/ Data protection.

I’d give a zero if I could. Says 8.30 opening online. Signs on door say 9 when you turn up. Now 10 past an not open. 2 staff outside waiting as well don’t seem to care. There is a delivery of medicine waiting who has now had to go so people won’t get it

i went into the pharmacy today to collect my prescription, and as soon as i got in there that infamous lady on the till was already arguing with an elderly lady. she then asked me why i was there, i told her and she proceeded to scoff and laugh in my face. there was about 8 other people in the pharmacy just waiting around.... read full comment
