the manager Gail is very rude, my flight times had changed, I had no notification from them, if I had gone at the time on my booking form I would have missed the plane, I go on holiday tomorrow, no tickets! phoned today spoke to Shannon she promised to email them straight away 4 hours later still waiting for my tickets!... read full comment
