Used to be brilliant, now they have an arrogant "coloured no offence" person who is beyond rude shouting to a short blonde woman while trying to be served my shopping. Didn't even greet me with a hello or acknowledgement. Nothing like how it used to be. Only getting a star for the Birdseye offers and Pop deals
