Very rude staff. No customer service skills. please and thankyou go a long way

Lovely place, great staff, great place to shop.

Today I had to wait ages in the queue as only one assistant was serving and one of the customers had a problem with some items they were purchasing as price was different on till to display. After I had been waiting around 10 minutes another assistant came on the tills. This is a regular occurrence.
