As per previous reviews, my experience was poor due to rude staff lacking in basic common courtesy. The attitude from the supercilious woman that served me left me flabbergasted. I'll never set foot in there again - Lazy Hill PO from now on.

The customer service in this branch is atrocious. I had several things to do at the post office this morning. I arrived 20 minutes after they had opened for the day so it wasn't like the woman on the desk had worked a long and difficult shift, nor was it very busy (three people in including myself).
